Contest Overview:

1Click Heating & Cooling is giving away a free mini-split heat pump and installation to one lucky winner at the Ottawa Fall Home Show. By entering this contest, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

  • This contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, representatives, and agents of 1Click Heating & Cooling and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • The home where the mini-split heat pump will be installed must be located within 1Click’s service area.

How to Enter:

  • Participants must fill out the entry form at 1Click Heating & Cooling’s booth at the Ottawa Fall Home Show.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • The contest begins on Thursday, September 26th, 2024 and ends on Sunday, September 29th, 2024.
  • No purchase necessary.

Prize Details:

  • One (1) winner will receive a free Tosot mini-split heat pump and installation for their home.
  • The prize includes one (1) single-zone mini-split heat pump unit and standard installation.
  • The prize is valued at CAD$6,500 and includes the cost of the mini-split unit and standard installation.
  • The installation will be performed by a certified 1Click technician.
  • The specific model of the mini-split heat pump will be determined by 1Click based on the winner’s home size and energy needs.
  • Any additional costs related to non-standard installation, such as electrical upgrades, additional piping, or structural modifications, will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by 1Click Heating & Cooling.
  • The draw will take place on Monday, September 30th, 2024.
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the draw date.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

  • The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • By participating, entrants agree to allow 1Click Heating & Cooling to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the contest, without further compensation.
  • The winner agrees to allow 1Click to take photos/videos of the installation process, which may be used for promotional purposes.
  • 1Click Heating & Cooling reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice.
  • All decisions made by 1Click Heating & Cooling regarding this contest are final and binding.

Liability Release:

By entering this contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless 1Click Heating & Cooling, its employees, and affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.

Privacy:

Personal information collected during the contest will only be used for the purpose of contacting the winner and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
