Working with 1Click has been a real pleasure. We had a Tosot multi zone condenser plus 3 heat pump heads installed in our home and the difference is incredible. Our basement and loft were a frosty 9 degrees before and now are set at a comfortable 19 degrees. The main level is 21 without even trying. The condenser is a little bigger than the one we had before but all the units are sleek and quiet. The installation took about 7 hours and the team was pleasant and professional. They did not leave a mess and spent time showing us how the units function. Dylan led us through the process which involved arranging for the installation and applying for the provincial and federal grants. Thank you so much 1Click for making this happen!

We recently had our Tosot split mini heat pump installed by 1Click Heating and Cooling in Toronto Ontario. We are located in Kawartha Lakes. We have to share our experience with the installation process. Hamid, Mohammad and Sasan did an outstanding job. The weather was cold and rainy and they put in an 8 hour plus day in order to compete the installation. Very professional and the outcome was neat and meticulous. The follow up was immediate with Patricia supplying us with the paperwork. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a heat pump.
