Referral program overview

The 1Click Referral Program rewards clients who refer friends, family, neighbours, or anybody in need of a need of a heat pump upgrade.

Bonus payouts are earned based on the number of unique referred clients who complete a qualifying heat pump installation within the calendar year (from January 1st to December 31st)—so the more people you help switch to a heat pump, the higher the bonus.

Milestone bonus

Successfully refer five (5) new clients within a calendar year, and receive an additional $500 milestone bonus payment! That means you could earn a total of $2,150 for referring five customers within a calendar year.

Here’s how it works

Complete the below form with your email address and the information for the person you're referring.
If your referral completes an eligible heat pump installation, you receive a bonus payout.
We’ll send your reward via e-transfer or cheque within 30 days of their project being completed.

Referral Bonus Terms & Conditions

The referral bonus is issued only after the customer completes a qualifying heat pump project with 1Click.
Bonus is paid via e-transfer or cheque within 30 days following project completion at the referred household.
A project is considered to be completed once installed and fully paid.
Only one (1) referral bonus is granted per referred household.
The referrer must be an existing or past customer of 1Click.
For customers who refer five (5) or more unique clients within a calendar year: their payout shall be $500 for the 5th referred client and for every subsequent referral.
Milestone Bonus: There is only one milestone bonus payout per calendar year (i.e. you earn the extra $500 milestone bonus at the 5th customer, but NOT at the 10th or 15th).
Offer is only valid in: British Columbia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Ontario.
