Heat Pump for Extreme Weather Conditions: Up to 100% rated heating capacity at -15°C WB (5°F WB) and confirmed continuous operation as low as -25°C WB (-13°F WB) ambient temperature.
Hot Start: When the heating operation starts or when the unit changes from cooling to heating, there is no cold draft.
Powerful Operation Mode: Use the POWERFUL button on the remote control to boost cooling or heating power for a 20-minute period, even if the unit is already operating at high capacity.

Single-zone mini-split heat pumps have one indoor air distribution unit, generally called a “head”, that attaches to a single outdoor unit which looks similar to a standard air conditioner. Multi-zone mini-split heat pumps have multiple indoor units or heads that attach to a single outdoor unit. Choosing between the two depends on your home. Single-zone units are designed for keeping a small space or a specific room at a single temperature. Multi-zone units can serve more than one area independently and at different temperatures, making them flexible whole-home solutions.
