The Panasonic INTERIOS Cold Climate Central Heat Pump system provides energy-efficient, whole home heating and cooling. Designed for year-round comfort, this ENERGY STAR® certified high-efficiency central heat pump system combines a multi-positional indoor air handler with an outdoor heat pump for complete whole-home heating and cooling. It is also equipped with a built-in base pan and delivers dependable heating performance in temperatures as low as -30°C (-22°C). Standard wired and wireless controllers are included, along with Wi-Fi connectivity for remote operation.
Your Solution for any Climate Condition: For extreme cold environments, Panasonic’s Extreme condenser unit delivers 100% or more heating capacity down to -20°C (-4°F) with a coefficient of performance (COP) of up to 2.0 and continues to perform reliably in temperatures as low as -30°C (-22°F).
Computational Constant Airflow: The air handling unit features a Computational Constant Airflow which uses an advanced algorithm to automatically detect static pressure changes caused by factors such as dirty filters, blocked coils, or duct restrictions. The ECM motor responds by adjusting fan speed and output power to maintain optimal airflow.
Communication Mode: The Panasonic heat pump seamlessly communicates with the air handler, accurately interpreting system signals to control indoor temperature and airflow for consistent, personalized comfort.
Self-Adapt Mode: The Panasonic inverter heat pump continuously analyzes temperature and pressure changes to automatically adjust system operation. When paired with existing equipment or even with non-communicating systems, it can operate effectively as a communicating inverter combination, allowing homeowners to experience the full benefits of inverter technology.
Built with Flexibility in Mind: The Panasonic system can flexibly mix and match with most other brand indoor units, outdoor units, and thermostats, even without changing electrical wiring or refrigerant lines.
